Our Statement
We will be providing our services at times convenient to people and in line with their wishes and needs. We have sound values and principles to drive our service. Central to these is our belief that the rights of people who use services are paramount.
we will be providing a personal care service to the following groups of people.
- Older people, including those who are living with dementia or caring for someone living with dementia.
- People with physical disabilities or who are living with long-term conditions and illnesses which impair their ability to look after themselves partly or totally.
- People with sensory loss, including those with dual sensory impairment, and who need help with their personal care because of their sensory impairments.
- People with mental health problems and who need help with their personal care because of the disabling impact of their mental ill-health.
- People with learning disabilities and autism, and who need help with their personal care and support because of their disabilities. We will provide all care and support to people with learning disabilities and autism in line with CQC’s Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture guidance.
- Children and their families where usually the parents need support to meet the needs of a child with a physical or learning disability, sensory impairment, long-term or possibly terminal illness.
