Zakir Hossain Parvaj- Director Quality Assurance & Marketing
He is a highly experienced Registered Manager, well-respected health and social care lecturer & educational consultant, a specialist trainer, with a wide range of experience in the UK and internationally.
He has more than 28 years’ experience working as a freelance consultant, lecturer, and training higher education in various colleges and universities in the UK, Bangladesh, and India. He started his professional and teaching career in 1996 after completing BBA.
In recent years, he has been instrumental in building Charity’s International wings and designing their training programmes for their Bangladesh partners (Govt. & NGO). With his depth of experience particularly in developing training programmes on Autism Spectrum Disorder, Neuro-Developmental Disorder, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Children, he also provides valuable direction to the London Training and Consultancy Group’s (LTCG) training programmes and strategic development.
He is also Safeguarding Champion for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and has been working with them since 2008, delivering training on Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults (SOVA), Safeguarding of Vulnerable Children (SOVC) and the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Depravation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
He is also Licensed Trainer with National Autistic Society (NAS) and qualified to deliver Autism and SPELL Framework qualification worldwide.
He has significant experience of establishing Higher Education (HE) institutions, of HE quality assurance and regulatory matters and of legal practice management.
He has been contributing his valuable expertise in Health & Social Care with the community over last decade (21 Years working in HSC Sectors) where works with different organisation in different sector i.e. Govt., Voluntary, 3rdsector, Charity and Private organisation etc.
He is a director of Shifa Health and Social Care and working with all different experience towards its Training & Development, Marketing, Social Media and Care Quality Assurance.
